How blue light blocking glasses work
Material Absorption: Anti-blue light factor is added in the lens base material to absorb harmful blue light in the life.
Coating Reflection: These lenses block a percentage of blue light with a special coating that reflects some of the blue light away from your eyes.
Material Absorption + Coating Reflection: With dual technology, namely, the adoption of coating on the surface of lens and adding anti-blue light factor in the base material of lens, these lenses can provide you with double-effect protection, and you don’t need to worry about that the coating film of the lens will fall off in the process of long-term use or the effect of blue light protection will be reduced by scratching.
Blue light lenses have a yellow tint, while others look clear. Typically, lenses that look more yellowed tend to filter more blue light than their clearer counterparts.
